Needed associate for our Specialty Running store to focus on Apparel Sales & Merchandising. Retail experience a plus, having a love for running also a great plus.

REPORTS TO: Visual Merchandiser (corp), Manager (store)

PURPOSE:

• Maintain brand and operational standards (visual, cleanliness)
• Understands the cultures and ensures compliance with all Values & Behaviors, store operational standards
• Displays a "customer first" mindset at all times
• Assists customers in finding out-of-stock items via other stores or on line
• Engage with customers in our stores, from assessing the customers’ needs to offering assistance whenever needed
• Be flexible in performing a variety of duties
• Introducing our products to the clients
• Giving advice about fashion and trends
• Helping with visual merchandising tasks

o Assist customers to the fullest of ability

o If necessary, help customers with other department purchases, or lead them to employees in other departments

o Always try to sell corresponding accessories with purchases, e.g.- socks and insoles with footwear. Also refer customers to all other areas of store in order to maximize sales.

 GENERAL:

o Assist in keeping entire store clean

o Follow all Fit2Run policies and procedures

o Follow Opening/Closing checklists

o Ensure all customers are being assisted

Bonus/spiffs available year round that can create up to $20 per hr

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
